So...pretty cool

You saw my last post where everything possible went wrong with an appliance delivery from Sears last weekend. I seriously thought that was the end of the story - that my frustration would linger on and be eternal.

However, you might see below that there was a pretty awesome comment from someone at Sears yesterday wanting to talk about the delivery issues, etc. AND - they followed up with a phonecall today.

Holy smokes!

I'm so impressed...very rarely does anyone really seem to care about customer service. And I really expected nothing from my blog post.
Truly, truly impressed.
