We dressed up as the superhero clan this year. I suppose that I should have been Catwoman to go with the Batman theme...but I had a wonder woman outfit, so that made the choice easy. It was a chilly morning and I underdressed Logan a little bit. The Robin outfit wasn't all THAT big, so the layering was a little bit non-existent. But, we survived.
Do you know how hard it is to get kids to smile? This was one my friend Lisa took and it was the only one with ANY of them smiling. Big E slowly went from smiling...to not...
the kiddo did AWESOME feeding the goat!
I love this shot. Logan and his buddy...I adore how much fun all three kids had together this year. The experience is so much more special seeing all the toddlers interact together and react to each other. Just after this, the three kids started running down the sidewalk...what fun that was to watch.
We visited the budgies again. Logan did pretty well with holding the stick and NOT reaching out for the birds! He wasn't terribly impressed, but he was good with being careful.
As fun as all the animals were (and they were pretty impressed with the leopard cubs, polar bears, puffins and random other creatures), by far the MOST fun was had with regards to the cart that the Fosters brought. Pushing it, riding in it...it was all a blast. This was a definite winner...
Heck the whole day was a winner. Logan slept so solidly and was a champ the whole day...I can't wait until next year!
